We found our own R&D institution - Ningbo Hongrui Permanent Magnet Materials Engineering and Technology Center. This center has 15 technicians, including one Ningbo “4321” Talent Project member, one First Level of Young Talents Training Project in Yinzhou district, Ningbo city, one Second Level of Young Talents Training Project in Yinzhou district, Ningbo city, two senior engineers, two engineers, and four assistant engineers.
This center is equipped with R&D used prodution equipments such as the vacuum induction melting furnace, the HD furnace, the magnetic field pressing machine, tbe high vacuum sintering furnace, high pressure isostatic pressing machine, etc. and test equipments such as geometric image measurement equipment, laser powder size analyzer, ICP tester, coating tester, angle deviation tester, 0.1mg precision TG32A (S) analytical balance and PCT-25 high-voltage accelerated aging testing machine.

Technology Advantage:
1、 We have the most advanced production and test equipments for SmCo and NdFeB magets, and can produce all grades of both SmCo and NdFeB magnets
2、The largest block can reach 120mmx120mmx100mm and be magnetized fully.
3、We can produce SmCo magnet with ultra low irreversible temperature coefficient of -0.07%/℃.
4、We can produce SmCo or NdFeB magnets with multipoles.
5、We can produce magnetic assemblies to reduce the eddy current of the permanent magnet synchronous motors.
6、We can produce magnets of angle deviation degree within 2°.
